FAQ’s

  • Sizing can be done virtually through the SizeKit app or you can purchase my sizing kit! Click here for information on both.

  • The base price for a set is between $65-$80 before adding extra logos or portraits.

  • I generally set the expectation that it will take me between 10-20 business days to finish a set after you’ve placed an order, plus an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. However, depending on my current workload, it very well could arrive sooner than that.

  • At this time, expedited shipping is not an option. Please keep in mind the timeline discussed in the above FAQ when placing an order. If you are concerned about getting an order quickly, feel free to send me an email at thefanbasecoat@gmail.com and inquire about my current workload.

  • Yes! I am based on the east coast of the United States so all domestic orders will ship for free. International shipping to anywhere else in the world will be a flat fee of $35.

  • Because each set is sized specifically for your nails and to keep hygiene in mind, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me and together we can come up with a solution.

  • If you find that one or more of your nails don’t fit right, send me an email and let me know which nails aren’t fitting and if you need to go bigger or smaller. If it is only one nail that you need replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping ($5 USD domestic, $35 USD international). If more than one nail needs replacing, there will be an additional $2/nail.

    Please note that the Fit Guarantee discussed above does not apply if you did the virtual sizing and did not follow the instructions to only do it with bare nails. If you chose to continue doing the virtual sizing despite currently wearing other press-on’s, gels, or acrylics and the majority of nails need to be replaced, you will be responsible for paying for the entire order again if you wish for me to redo them.
